Wandering, +5 to the moster

There is a moster enhancer card in Hidden Treasures called Wandering with "+5 to the monster" clue right below the title. It says you can add a moster from your hand in a combat, that adds its combat strength to the other monsters. Does it get a +5 as well?
So this card is just like the classic wandering monster card with an extra +5 to the monster?

Yes, that’s what the card is meant to do.
