In the Labyrinth PDF - bookmarks?

Hi =)

Was the PDF for In the Labyrinth ever updated with bookmarks? I think my files are all up to date based on the notifications I've received through email, but I'm wondering if I missed something.

I don't think there was an official update, but I seem to remember someone posting about how to go into Adobe Acrobat and turn on the feature yourself.

You can add Bookmarks yourself to any PDF.

What we really want is a Table of Contents — which would appear in the Bookmarks window in Acrobat, even though it's not the same thing as user-created Bookmarks.
