Well, it IS Christmas and my birthday, all rolled into one! Both packages arrived. I've just carried them in (a struggle, I will admit), but haven't opened them yet.

The funny thing? Apparently the FEDEX guy never rang the doorbell or anything, and my two fancy-schmancy "watchdogs" (a beagle and a pit-lab mix) both napped through the whole arrival thing. So how did I know they were here? I accidentally hit refresh on one of my FEDEX pages (there wasn't any need to hit refresh, since they both showed them as on the delivery truck, which is all that mattered at that point) and it showed it as delivered!

Now to go open them and squee over the contents!!!

(Oh, Box #268 for those playing at home...)

Well now, it appears I'm missing a couple of things. First, the Companion was a no show, even in my "extras" package. And second, I'd ordered a second copy of the Character Reference Booklet plus Poster Map in my extras, and that's nowhere to be found either.

I presume it's too early to tag you guys about that Phil, but when the time is right, where do I send my issue?

We will post an update when the last package has shipped from the fulfillment warehouse. As always, with our Kickstarter campaigns, the best way to reach us is email:

kickstart@sjgames.com

Unfortunately, any other method -- forum posts, Twitter posts, Facebook messages -- are easily lost. Email to the kickstart@sjgames.com address is the absolute best way.

Same here. The status just changed to "customer not available" even though I was home all day, and my box got bounced from Saturday to Tuesday (re-)delivery. (And I was going to show it off to my gaming group today, too... Aw.)

Hopefully to avoid another mishap, I registered an account with FedEx through that tracking link, which lets you set "Delivery Management" instructions -- in this case, "leave at front door". I guess by default they'll keep it and retry.

So, for those of you awaiting your package, consider following that link the FedEx web site and setting some delivery instructions before your box arrives. (It also gives you some other options like "Schedule a Delivery" or "Deliver to Different Address" that I didn't explore.)

Wow, I thought I was the only one fedex was torturing. They called wedesday and needed a physical address. Said I would get it thursday. No show on thursday. Called friday. Driver has it should be delievered today. Called back at end of day friday. Oh it will definiatly be there tomorrow (saturday). Called back saturday at 8pm, drivers back. He will deliever it tuesday. It will be raining tuesday with no where dry to leave it. My birthday is monday.

Fedex is now very high on my never by choice use again list. And I never thought anyone would bump UPS from the top of my list for making me drive an hour each way more than once to get my packages that were smaller than this one.

Sorry about ranting. But tomorrow will be a very depressing birthday.

Yeah, I used that "deliver to an alternate address" thing the night before to make sure they had my street number correct (we don't get street delivery of ANYTHING around here normally -- all of us are required to have a PO Box for everything, and even UPS normally delivers there instead of to our street address). It worked like a champ. Fortunately the delivery guy chose to "leave on porch" instead of taking it back for another try. I guess he's used to that out here in the woods, since no one much goes around stealing things from people's porches (first, you have to find the porch! ;-) )... In the future, I'll be sure to use that link as soon as possible to make sure they have the correct information before we have a misfire on delivery!

Awesome work to the whole team!

I just glanced at the Kickstarter and noticed the "Delivery March 2019".

You're all amazing at how good you are at this!

I discovered mine on my back porch on my way to the doctor Friday morning, about 10:15 am. Never heard bell or knock.
