Cranequins are useless
My fix for this is on page 116. Adjust to read: "A standing/sitting/kneeling crossbowman with something to brace the weapon on gets +2 DX and +2 ST for firing the weapon, but not for reloading it."
That way a ST 10 human (or a ST 8 Goblin) could use a crossbow from a prepared position.
