Although Mike Montgomery's Car Wars Vehicle Design program for IBM and Macintosh computers was authorized by SJ Games, I never saw it listed in a SJ Games Catalog.
The program was first mentioned in ADQ in The Driver's Seat column of Vol. 10, No. 3.

DarkPumpkin,
I do not work for SJ Games nor can I speak for the company, but I suspect the four issues of the Car Warriors comic series will never be reprinted because of the IP issues involved. Having IP material shared between two or more companies (in this case, SJ Games and Epic Comics) must be an endless maze of legal documentation to navigate. The list of items I mentioned were products that would appear SJ Games could publish to Warehouse 23 if the company had the time and resources and had to perform minimal legal work for the reprinting. If anyone is interested in the idea and would use it, I was thinking of creating an unofficial and unauthorized complete Car Wars Product List on my Web site, including items such as the Car Warriors comic series, Car Wars Adventure Gamebooks, and AutoVentures.

As always Michael, thank you for all the fantastic references!
I wish Warehouse 23 had a way to offer that DOS game, Autoduel, perhaps making it playable through DOS-Box. From what I've seen, it still is a very nice RPG! |

I remember when that was mentioned. I stopped working on my own, which was coming along pretty well for something written on a PC in COBOL (the language I programmed at work at the time). Didn't know if I was being too complex or not complex enough. (Like making you select all 4 tires in case you wanted them mismatched or missing for some reason)

Bumper Stickers!
These might make a pretty slick promo item to print out and hand out at conventions.
