El reglamento dice que para subir el último nivel, tenés que ganar un combate sólo sin ayuda, en el caso de que un elfo nivel 9 ayude a otro a ganar un combate no debería ganar la partida ya que son dos jugadores

An Elf who helps in combat gets one level for each monster killed. If those levels are enough to push the Elf to Level 10, the Elf wins the game - they're levels gained because of fighting a monster, so that's legal.
