Then can I play class card?

Rules v1.6 says "Classes and Races cards may be played to the table as soon as they are acquired, or at any time during your own turn."
So it was possible play it during other player's turn even you in combat (as helper) and received class card.

Rules v1.7 (and so on) says "You may perform these actions at any time, as long as you are not in combat: Play a card that you have just received (some cards may be played even during combat; see above)" and nothing about this some cards include classes and races.

So can I play class or race during other players turn then I'm in combat if I just received those cards?
In analogy: on my own turn I can play class even during combat. It looks logically, but not says directly.
