No, because a Main Gauche is less of an obstacle than a full-sized weapon is. Main Gauche is clearly a small-scale form of using two weapons, so that wouldn't make any sense.

Sort of like how it would be silly (from a "what does this represent? so does it make sense?" perspective, if not from a letter-of-the-rules lawyer perspective) to think you can stack damage bonuses from Brawling and Unarmed Combat talents.
