TFT variant from the Dark Time

Before the game was Revived, there were several sites on the internet devoted to TFT. One of them had a version of TFT where they created an actual Mana stat for each magic user. I seem to remember that a wizard normally could cast spells using mana, which recovered at a rate of 1 point per 15 minutes and that spells cast against your actual ST counted as damage. I looked for it recently, but could not find it. Anyone else remember ever seeing it?
