Mounted combat in DFRPG?

I know there are no fancy mounted combat rules in DFRPG; understandable enough. But I thought I saw a blurb somewhere in one of the books, along the lines of "While mounted combat is outside the scope of this game, if you need to make really quick rolls, do this...", followed by a sentence or two of bare-bones rules.

I can't find anything like that now. Am I misremembering some text from elsewhere, or maybe imagining this entirely?

It's in the description of the Riding skill.
