TMNT Munchkin Kata Question

This came up last night, and I wasn't sure what the answer would be.

A person has 2 kata in play, Dual Wield Mastery (When you hav a single One Hand Item equipped, you may double it's bonus) and Ambrodexrous (You may not equip Footgear, but you are considered to have 4 Hands).

Can you have a single hand weapon in your right hand, gain bonus from Dual Wield Mastery and have a single hand weapon in right foot and gain bonus from Dual Wield Mastery. (Or instead have a 2 handed weapon in your feet)

Or if you still have both katas, and a single hand weapon, can you gain MULTIPLE, since the other hands are free? IE A +2 weapon, but also +2 for empty hand, +2 for empty foot, and +2 for other empty foot)
