I'm getting pretty close to having spells, gear, etc. from my house rules organized into manageable 'bites' for distribution and/or eventual submission to w23. I thought it would be best to format them in a way that roughly matches the official publications. Does anyone know what font is used?

According to Foxit Reader, here are the fonts used in the In The Labyrinth PDF:
AmerigoBT Arial Black ArialMT Eurostile Helvetica MinionPro NewAster OldEnglish TextMT Times TimesNewRoman Be aware that some of these fonts are likely to require a license for commercial use. I am using a set of free-to-use fonts for my intended W23 submissions, courtesy of Font Squirrel. The main document body font I am currently favouring is Alice, with headers done in IM FELL English PRO. |

Not exactly what you asked, but you might be interested in this thread on the fonts used in the original versions.

What is this W23 submission that you speak of? Is this something that anyone can take advantage of?

Yikes, that is a large number of exotic fonts! I'll likely pick one that doesn't look horrible and just go with that...
