That would be a huge help, having established baselines for each playable race. Then GMs would know which way to adjust in order to make a sub-par or exceptional member of the race, too.

I've never played Munchkin, but it seems like the reverse would be more interesting: Play some Munchkin to create a set of gonzo characters, and then put them in an arena combat against each other, played out in TFT.
