Default Alternative armor adjustments

Alternative armor adjustments...
(MAs stay the same)

Armor (Hits Stopped; -ST/-DX)
cloth (1; 0/1)
leather (2; 0/2)
segmented (3; 0/3) (costs $400)
chainmail (3; 1/3)
half-plate (4; 2/3)
plate (5; 3/4)

The ST penalty only affects your ability to wield weapons.

An interesting idea, but I think too restrictive given the narrow range of stat scores where TFT operates. Another alternative I've used before is a ST prerequisite for armor and shields, just as for weapons. This makes plenty of sense and is a natural extension of the weapon rules.

Yeah, I might have gone too far with the ST penalties. This should be fine though:

Armor (Hits Stopped; -ST/-DX)
cloth (1; 0/1)
leather (2; 0/2)
segmented (3; 0/3) (costs $400)
chainmail (3; 1/3)
half-plate (4; 1/4)
plate (5; 2/4)
