Munchkin Marvel. Deadpool monster

I'm trying to remember if this has been discussed elsewhere, but my gut ruling has always been that if one has Deadpool in one's hand, regardless of how he got there, one can either play him as a Monster when Looking For Trouble, or as the +10 bonus to either side. If one is fighting Deadpool, one can buy him off to take him out of the combat into one's Hand.

I don't know the designed intent, but we often have to treat each sentence separately unless context of one sentence clearly points back to a previous sentence for timing purposes. I'm not feeling compelled to treat those sentences as a pair.
