If we pro-rate assuming the Aimed Shots rules is for an average ST 10 human, then we'd get:

Head damage over 1/5 ST: -4 DX for 1 turn
Head damage over 1/2 ST: unconscious.

Arm over 1/3 ST: drop held weapon/item, can't use a shield
Arm over 2/3 ST: arm disabled until it heals, a shield will hang/drag
Arm over 4/5 ST: arm lost

Leg over 1/3 ST: drop to kneeling through next two turns (not for things with more than one leg - see Crippling Hits optional rule on AM p.21)
Leg over 2/3 ST: leg disabled until it heals
Leg over 4/5 ST: leg disabled beyond healing

Wing over 2/5 ST: lose flying ability
Wing over 4/5 ST: permanent wing loss

Though wings (only) specifically mention a scaling rule of doubling for flying creatures over ST 40, which implies half-proportional increase, at least for wings, so for wings maybe:

Wing over greater of 4 or 1/5 ST: lose flying ability
Wing over greater of 8 or 2/5 ST: permanent wing loss
