Clothing is meant in the usual sense; a garment made of some sort of fabric or other thin flexible substance that is worn on your body, but not head, feet, or hands (because those have specific tags that were not called out the way Armor was). Cloaks, shirts, kneepads, pants are all clothing. This is not a comprehensive list.

This means that i can't use it on headgear and footgear?
