Hi guys,

It seems to me that even though the Judge's Scowl is not an item (it doesn't have Value) and actually wouldn't make sense fot it to be an item (being a scowl I mean) it should be played - placed on the table and give a combat bonus. Consequently it cannot be traded or stolen. Does this feel right to you?
