I have a player who is a swashbuckler and asked about being able to parry arrows and thrown weapons without buying the skill parry missiles. It seems in the description for ETS this would be justified. Thoughts on this?

Mind you could certainly make a case that you ought to be *required* to buy other stuff with ETS, and not allow anyone to take it unless they also buy Parry Missile Weapons equal to their best weapon skill. And there are plenty of GURPS players who'd argue that Parry Missile Weapons is totally the wrong way to have implemented this ability in the first place and that it ought to be just a sliding scale of penalties for missile size and speed just like for the throwing weapons, that you could then buy off as a technique, though for out of the box DF that's not an option.
