Nobunga Join Date: Nov 2016 Location: College Park, Maryland	Darling Buds of May "You wear your rue with a difference." From Drama Dice, I'm confused by what this item is. It says "1 Hand" but worded like a One-Shot. I guess it is a Hand Item, but it can be used during combats the equipped munchkin is not in?
