I have not figured out how to get to 249 points for Harrison "Happy" Badapple, not sure if I'm missing something or if the point total is errata. I end up with 254...

I just added 'em up and got 249, so I'm not sure where you're getting stuck. Breaking down section by section:

Attributes — 189 points
Advantages — 70 points
Disadvantages and Quirks — -65 points
Skills — 55 points

Total: 249 points

Do you see where you're differing? (The closest I have to a guess is that you're missing the -5 in quirks, but that's just a stab in the dark . . .)

Could you maybe have overlooked one of the -5 point Disadvantages? He has three -5 point disadvantages listed in a raw, and I overlooked one of them when making my first calculation.
