Laser weapons bounce off Dr. Kromedome's head. If fighting him and another monster, can the laser weapon still attack the other monster?

No. One monster's immunities carry over to all monsters in the fight.

I don't think that's correct! What about Glancing Attacks (bullets or Schrapnel that's been deflected off a target, and keeps moving)? Shouldn't that be rolled as Fragmentation Damage, assigned a value in Brackets, so the others nearby, get caught in what's often referred to as 'Splash-Damage'?
