Phase 0/Listen At The Door, Looking for trouble allowed?

Hello. I was wondering if during faster play rules, you were allowed to play a monster you draw, or any other monster at the start of your turn, during phase 0, before the normal Looking For Trouble phase.

No. You must kick down the door as usual.
