What does Unfit apply to?

I don't see how it makes sense to apply it to running but not weight lifting, for example, and that extends to any costs for exertion. If it ends up only applying to dehydration (for humans only) and nothing else it isn't worth -5...

It already includes Easy to Kill/Subdue, Susceptible to poison/diseases etc.
