Marvel Munchkin: Queue-ful of Questions Q2: Loki's Helmet

Hello all. A series of Marvel Core rules to check. Q1 was posted in the main forums, but I thought they'd be more appropriate here. Admins feel free to move any as necessary. I'm not (intentionally?) spamming, just trying to maintain them on different posts. On to the question:

~ Loki's Helmet: “[text deleted]” Etc. Does it have to be used against my monster or can I use it when someone else is fighting a monster? For example use it when someone is at level 9 to stop them from winning the game?

You can only use this ability when you are fighting a monster.
