If you want to make both Centrum and Infinity into hostiles, give the AC society a nascent parachronic technology base. If they have found a way to jump between worlds in their own quantum, they will freak out both major factions. If they can go beyond their own quantum (perhaps using the artificial nexus portals briefly mentioned in GURPS:IW) then they are going to be both a threat and a target of both factions technological avarice. Of course you'll want to put them on Q6 or 7 so both sides can take cracks at them. For Anarchocommunists, the idea of whole worlds dominated by a corporation, or a totalitarian and hierarchical state should be horrifying.
For inspiration, it has been years since I read it, but I believe William Morris' 'News From Nowhere' depicts a vaguely 19th century utopian, anarcho-communitarian world. Ursula K. Le Guin has already been mentioned. The only other AC setting that immediately pops to mind is "Woman At the Edge of Time" by Marge Piercy, though it is seventies feminist science fiction and so is quite long on preachiness and short on plot. It has an anarchistic socialist society under siege from a corrupt ultra-capitalist dystopia where the poor can be broken up for spare parts if they don't pay their debts.
