It is a collection of "over 20 articles taken from issues 10, 13, 19, 25, 38, 43, 47, 48, 56, 58, 61, 64, 68, 70, 75, 77, 78, 80, and 82. This is a direct compilation, without updates or changes." It is just these articles.

If you own at least 17 of those issues, you are better off just buying the ones you don't own if you want all the articles. If you are new to GURPS and are getting introduced to it and / or Pyramid, this will give you the collection of Dungeon Fantasy articles for $16. If you just want all the Dungeon Fantasy articles in one collection, you can get this for simplification.
