I've made both of these requests to the appropriate parties. As I'm about to go out of town, it may be a couple of weeks before we're able to address them.

Website questions can always go to webmaster@sjgames.com, who will pass them along to appropriate people without taking the chance that a question on the forums might be overlooked or forgotten -- plus, the webmaster is the person who has to post all of this stuff once we get it.
