Rapid Strike Feint Penalty - Weapon Master and Flurry of Blows

Hello all. GURPS newbie, first post.

I looked at the FAQ, and also did some forum searches, but didn't find an explicit official answer to my question. Apologies if this has already been answered and I did not find it!

Question Background: In the Martial Arts book, it states that a feint during a rapid strike is at -6 [MA127]. In addition, I know that Weapon Master halves the rapid strike attack penalty to -3, and that Weapon Master + Flurry of Blows reduces the rapid strike attack penalty even further to -1.

Questions: Does Weapon Master also reduce the rapid strike feint penalty to -3? Does Flurry of Blows reduce the rapid strike feint penalty to -3? Finally, does Weapon Master + Flurry of Blows reduce the rapid strike feint penalty to -1?

as a noob, would it be impertinent and/or importunate of me to make the following suggestion to amend section 3.4.2.17 of the FAQ in a manner similar to below (change italicized in this post for ease of comparison)?

The penalty is reduced from -3 to -1. Note that this applies to feints as well as attacks.

I can't believe how accurate this is, it's killing me.
