I moved this into the Munchkin forum because your question was WAY too broad for 101.

If you have questions about specific cards, please feel free to follow up here. The general rule, as already expressed, is that you cannot use Friendship Potion or a similar effect to deprive someone of the levels from a monster that they have autokilled (for instance, by using the Potion of Halitosis on the Floating Nose).

You can wander in a new monster, and if the munchkins have to Run Away from the combat, they lose the level for the autokilled monster (because the rules say when you Run Away, you don't get ANY rewards).

When you autokill a monster, it is considered to have been removed from the fight (effectively discarded, although you don't need to discard it until the entire fight is over), which means that the language on Out To Lunch doesn't apply to it -- the autokilled monster is already gone. You get two Treasures, total, plus the level(s) for the autokilled monster.
