Grej Join Date: Dec 2014 Location: Moscow, Russia	Ra! Ra! Ra! (Munchkin Legends) Hello. Have I understood correctly: If I haven't said "Ra Ra Ra", I don't get a level, right? And another question - If I've played this card on another player and he haven't said "Ra Ra Ra" - does he get a level?
