Didn't find anything when I searched this.

Fairy Dragon from Dragon's Trike. After certain conditions are met, it may "join your side, providing a +3 combat bonus." Is that permanent or just in the fight (which would end if it were alone)? If it's permanent, should it be treated like a hireling or some unique edge case? (the latter would make it a bonus not as easily taken away by other players, while the former would make it more powerful [meatshield potentially with an item] but more vulnerable too).

It becomes a non-item permanent bonus, similar to Really Impressive Title.
