Teddy Bear Racial Template

Homogenous (For obvious reasons)
DR 10 (Crushing only, as teddy bears are soft)
SM-4 (For a bear around 10"-17" tall. Of course there are bears up to SM+0 or more during Valentine's Day sales)
Pitiable (It's a teddy bear)
Fur (It's a teddy bear)

A teddy bear could also have Catfall (though I suppose its bounciness is already shown by the DR)...

How powerful is this intended to be? Because that'll affect what supernatural abilities it could have.
