Carrying Your Vehicle

Hello Munchkinics:

I recently played a game featuring the Diplomatic Impunity expansion to Star Munchkin. Because of the Ambassador Class I now have a question about Vehicles / Ships / Steeds / etc.

Can these items be carried and not equiped?

I had two Ambassadors and they happened to be on either side of me during the game. I found both of them getting a combat bonus from my ship ... annoying. My ideas was that on my turn I would equip my ship so I had the bonus. Just before my turn ended I would unequip my ship and just carry it. Granted, I would not have the bonus until it was my turn again but they would not have the bonus during their turns.

Don't think I have had reason to try this before but with the Ambassador Class this seems like a viable strategy. What say thee?

This is an official ruling that covers all manners of conveyance (Steeds, Vehicles, Ships) and supersedes anything else we may have said previously on the topic:

Unless a specific card says otherwise, Steeds, Vehicles, and Ships MAY NOT be unequipped. If they are in play, they must be equipped.
