Question about Kittens Card Catnip

Hey there, I would like to know, if Catnip is intended to discard Kitten Whiskers from the booster too, since it hasnt Cat in the name.
I wonder about that, because neither does Mewsical Act, but they have explicitly the "Immune to Catnip" rule.

They don't have the word 'Cat' in the name anywhere, so Catnip doesn't work.
