Unaging and all other age-related traits are taboo to each other. What you're describing is free points, as you can already reset your age without waiting to die from an attribute reaching 0.

Affecting others would be done with an Affliction that has both Aura and Area Effect. Sure, there's a resistance roll, but, they have to roll every second.
