That's correct, and the Universal Enhancement changes that by saying your Appearance effects people not normally attracted to your race, but DF seems to work with everyone using the same meter-stick, that is every race is potentially attracted to every other.
And then there's something I didn't think of before, I can't be sure but applying Universal may mean it's not sexual attractiveness
