Unable to create banestorm reputation "enemy of the infidel"

Unable to figure out how to add reputation from Banestorm Templar lens (P209):
"Reputation (Enemies of the infidel; +2 from Christians
(large class), -3 from all others, all the time) [-5];"

Anyone know how to do this?

This is just a +2 Reputation advantages stacked together with a -3 Reputation disadvantage for a final cost of -5. If you want to combine them simply make the Reputation disadvantage a Parent item (right click on it, select Parent -> Make Parent) then make the Reputation advantage a child of it (right click on it, select Child -> Make Child of...).
