Hi, :)
We were playing the other day and got into specific scenario, we ruled in favor of player "Larry", but player "Chris" objected to it. Here's what happened: Chris on level 9, played a monster and then immediately played [Conan Helps Out], understanding he already gets a level and wins the game. Larry countered with a follow up [Wandering Monster] right after the first monster is killed, making Chris fight another monster, then Larry played a "Potion of Cowardice" to make Chris run away, the idea is being he won't be able to collect rewards, therefore Chris won't level up. We were in the idea that [Conan Helps Out] gives you the rewards after combat, but it's not clearly indicated in the card and seems you get it once you played it, which makes it open to a scenario that you will get a level before combat ends. Did we make the right call? Thanks. Last edited by Rohml; 10-18-2015 at 10:43 AM. |
