Hello,

I am making suggestion for re-release of an old and out of print GURPS setting book "War against Chtorr" in digital form

I am not a staff member, just a volunteer. However, as that is a licensed product, and long out of print and license, I would hazard that the odds of that being released as a PDF are extremely low.
