Personally, for an iceman-like power, where the character "flies" or "walks on air" over bridges of "created matter" (this is also applicable to Walk on Liquid, BTW), I would take Flight or Walk on Air and add the Tunnel enhancement from Warp. The +40% version would form behind you, while the +100% version would extend in front of you, advancing at your normal move in the medium.
