When monster dont fight vs low level players

This is the situation:

Player A open door and there are monster level high that says that dont pursue players with levle 3 or -. This is ok.

But player B launch card to player A that is in level 3 a card of "Up a level"

So player A is level 4 now, then the monster fight with this player or what?
