This is the situation:
Player A open door and there are monster level high that says that dont pursue players with levle 3 or -. This is ok. But player B launch card to player A that is in level 3 a card of "Up a level" So player A is level 4 now, then the monster fight with this player or what? |

Very few monsters will not *fight* low-Level players. "Will not pursue" means that if you choose to Run Away from such a monster, you do not have to roll; you get away automatically.
Yes, if someone plays a Go Up a Level card to push you above the "will not pursue" threshold, you DO have to roll.
