You are not remembering correctly. You may be thinking of the Stacked Deck promo card, which does say you cannot use it on Divine Intervention.

Picking on you for a moment to remind everyone: As a good general rule, but especially in the 101 forum, we need people to refrain from answering questions unless they are absolutely sure of the answer. If you aren't sure you are remembering correctly, you aren't sure enough to post an answer.
