Not a strecth...besides he has a delusion he is elvis....he might be him he might not...he looks like him....he talks like him...he has his mannerisms...maybe he is him? :P

That is all you know...he claims he was frozen by the us government to be a special agent to fight crime...he wears his drug enforcement badge he got from Nixon.
