Quite a few named villains succumbed to PC-related injuries, most of the career-ending kind.
A list: Günter Kirchhoff. This sprig of sorcerous Nazi knighthood is presumed dead after several pounds of plastique went off in a room he was occupying. Werner von Bülow. The old runemaster is more than presumed dead, as he was examining the briefcase which contained the plastique as it went off. Ewigritter mit dem eisernen Herzen. Engaged blade to blade by the heroic PC Garner Lane Hadley. Hadley cut through the otherwordly black plate of his armour to wound him in the neck and face, knocking him down, but the resilient death knight rose to his knee and fended off several blows with his saber. Three rifle bullets from PC Kharak Bahadur Rai to the weak point of the armour behind the knee knocked the death knight down again and Hadley drove his magical sword through the eyehole of the black helm until the point stopped on the back of the helmet. Ernst Kaltenbrunner. Stabbed in the side of the neck with a yataghan sword-bayonet while PC Jean-Marie Reynard held him immobile and covered his mouth. His own Walther P38 then drawn from his belt holster, two of his bodyguards shot in the back with it and Reynard finished up by shooting him in the back of the head and dropping the pistol to the ground. Udo von Woyrsch. PC Jock Sweeney gave him a neat five-round burst of machine gun fire to the chest as von Woyrsch tried to curse him with some foul incantation. The body was then blown to pieces as a bangalore torpedo went off and the remains burned in white phosporous. Zurückgeben Ritter Hagel. This black-armoured death knight with scary frost powers had the most incandescent and metal death of all. After being knocked down by the explosion of a bangalore torpedo within 10', he took two contact-fused T13 'Beano' grenades to the chest, a M15 WP white phosphorous grenade detonated in his hand (as he tried to throw it back) and while he burned, a carefully aimed three round burst of 7.62mm bullets to the heart put an end to the screaming. August Becker. Caught within 3' of an exploding bangalore torpedo. Nothing that happened in the area after that much mattered to him. Bruno Beger. Bangalore and bullets did for him. Hans Jüttner. Took a rifle bullet to the shoulder during a short sharp firefight in a hallway, from PC Kharak Bahaduir Rai (who didn't recognise him or rate him as any different from the other SS men he was exchanging shots with). Still alive, theoretically, but whether he is trapped between worlds with the destruction of the Amber Room remains unknown. Karl Diebitsch. Unknown to the PCs, he was hit by one 9mm bullet as Reynard fired his MP40 blindly down a hallway to suppress hostiles firing from the doorways lining the hall. Bullet hit him in the neck, severed an artery and Professor Diebitsch bled out within minutes without regaining consciousness. Richard Walther Darré. Unknown to the PCs, wounded by a misaimed grenade off-screen, as several leading Nazis and their bodyguards were caught in a sorcerous fog of confusion during a firefight. Rudolf Hermann Brandt. Took a piece of shrapnel in the same fog, as he was enquiring on behalf of the Reichsführer-SS what the shooting was about.
