Yes I absolutely agree, but I was answering the point about having the two skills at the same level, defaults still make that particular set up cheaper than if they are unrelated (and the saving proportionally increases with skill level).

But Yes I agree its more efficient to buy one up and drag the rest with it, but have one higher then the rest
