Obviously the best route out is to find some way to fulfill both, but if that was easily possible, we wouldn't be talking about it as a conflict case. :) If you end up with two disads conflicting that would cause you to gain no CP for the session for violating them, and you can't find a way to fulfill both of them, you may just be stuck not getting CP for that session. Crap happens, and that's why disads aren't free points.
