Resistance to Knockback

Some of the "Build" traits (Fat, Overweight, etc.) include a resistance or vulnerability to knockback. What would that be worth in and of itself.

See Immobility in Chinese Elemental Powers (p. 28), which implicitly prices Immune to Knockback at 10 points.

Edit: Hmmm... that has an increase in mass. Would lacking that be Low Signature/No Signature?

The increase in mass is actually a separate 0-point feature. It's not inherent in the Immunity/Resistance.
