If a Bard joins a battle as a helper and draws at the end his treasures (face up), can he still use his ability to draw an additional treasure and choose among them?

A helper does not draw treasures.
The player whose turn it is always draws treasures. |

So no additional treasure for the Bard since he is not the one that draws the treasures or the main player draws one for him?

The text for Bardic Luck starts with "When you win a combat on your turn [. . .]" Therefore, it's impossible for the Bard to use that ability when it's not his turn.
